Gay Nazis? Throw in some zombies and you have a video game right there...
A week or so ago I entitled an entry "Some days you feel like a nut, some days you just watch them set other people on fire..." However today I got to watch one set HIMSELF on fire...and what a good moment that was...
From Stephen Colbert to John Stewart, this week is just chock-full of the most liberal, anti-hate newscasters the country has to offer...and they're damn funny to boot.
Yesterday I posted a spoof video made by Stephen Colbert of the slanderous advertisement now known as the "Incoming Storm" campaign. Today, however, the dials on both the "bat-shit crazy-o-meter" and the "hilarious mocking-o-tron" have been turned up to 11 by John Stewart during his interview of Scott Lively, President of "Defend the Family".
This interview would have been humorous enough on its own, however the reporter decided to take it one step further and actually investigate the blatantly false information given by Mr. Lively in the most ridiculous manner possible. But I suppose I should actually give some hints as to what is being reported upon...or maybe not...
Due to the fact that I don't think I can do it justice, how about I just give you the video:

So, with that all out in the open, I would just like to add this; why can't all religious wingnuts hang themselves like this?
In contrast, I would like to thank all those out there who fight bigotry with humor. There are many who would fight with anger, hate, and violence and while it is natural to feel angry when taunted by such stupidity, I would surely hope that no one will slip to violence on account of it. As it stands, we are better than them. We fight for true equality on all fronts, not just our own, and hope to make this world a better place for all. If we slip into violence or hatred all we will have done is returned ourselves to their level, leaving a never-ceasing war of violence, hatred, and slander. So please, continue to fight with humor and truth, let your words win out, let your hearts be pure, and let your hands be clean.
Lets prove to the world what these "Violent, moral-less heathens" are capable of...
